Advanced Prescreening Applicants Testing ("APAT") focuses on saving valuable times and expenses before the first face-to-face interview by prescreening the applicants for you.

The APAT is a web-based application for testing all of our new recruits and online applicants. The APAT enables a uniform hiring practice across the multiple divisions. The three factors that comprised the composite score are:

• Critical Skills (60%)
  The critical skills section is vital to for any hiring decision. It should free HR personnel from conducting technical, in-depth interview. The critical skills topic are ranging from C-programming, IT-networking, business analysis, project management, to Adobe Photoshop proficiency.
• Corporate Culture Compatibility (30% to 40%)
  Each hiring manager will be able to select from a list of approved corporate culture compatibility questionnaires. It is ranging from the level of education and/or certification required, salary ranges, to written and spoken language proficiency.
• Personality Profile (10%, Optional)
  Depending on the hiring managers and/or the job description, the Personality Profile section is optional. It is based on a derivative of the Jung´s Topology and Myers-Briggs four personality factors:
  • Extroversion - Introversion
  • Sensing - Intuition
  • Thinking - Feeling
  • Judging - Perceiving

CLIENT PROFILE

The [company] equipped with a new board of directors and a management team, we became a self-administered and self-managed equity real estate investment trust, engaged in the business of owning, managing, acquiring and developing industrial and suburban office properties proximate to metropolitan areas in the western United States.

As of December 31, 2003, we owned and operated 92 properties totaling approximately 7.8 million rentable square feet. Of these 92 properties, 61 are industrial properties and 31 are suburban office properties. As of December 31, 2003, the 92 properties were leased to 504 tenants with an average occupancy rate of approximately 93%. The properties are located in California, Arizona, Washington, Colorado and Nevada.
