best on-line application to increase outreach and
accessibility.
COP exposes the city available bids to a larger and more
diverse set of contractors. It serves as the front end to
advertising, tracking and managing the contracting process, and
therefore, it does not imposed or impeded on any internal

hired to be an IT expert witness in a major litigation case
between two Fortune 500 companies.
The company that hired GTS will be referred to as the
"Client", and the attorneys firm will be referred to as the

The CIP Procedures is now package as an application. The
Department of Public Works (DPW) of San Francisco is one of the
first customer to purchase this application.
The Capital Improvement Program Procedures, Standard Plans,
and Standard Specifications and related information ("CIP
Procedures"), are created and maintained by Public Utilities
Commission of the City and County of San Francisco (the

Workflow Application, May 2004
The web-based RFP Workflow application is for managing,
tracking, and reporting all aspect of the company workflow from
publishing the RFPs to Account Payable, see "Fig. 2B".
The first goal is to document existing workflows as
illustrated in section "2. Project Workflow". For every path in
the workflows, a flowchart describing the step-by-step process
and all the attributes will be created. The purpose is to
track, manage and generate reports of the RFPs. More »
