Software LLC has adopted a uniform pricing structure throughout the
organization, see "Uniform Pricing" table.
In the standard 4-phase, software development cycle:

Development
-
Deployment
-
Maintenance
For a quality software development process, the Software Architects are
required in all phases. It is important to note, in most, if not all,
of the standard software development methodologies, the Software
Architects are mandatory in the "Envision" and the
"Development" phases.
On the average, a complex C.M.S application takes about 6 to 14
months of development from the initial "Envision" phase to
"Deployment" phase. As for the "Review and Test"
Software Architectural Consulting services, these shorter projects are
ranging from 4 to 6 weeks.
For projects ranging 4 weeks or less, the pricing starts at the
"Base Price" plus the "Daily Rate".

Good consultants know that pricing negotiation is the heart of all
services rendered, but it is also the source of all contentious
discussion and antagonistic relationship.
This is why GreenTomato Software LLC has adopted a uniform pricing
structure. It enables the team to communicate clear, measurable
deliverables with the associated cost before and during the project
development cycle.
It is written into the game-book that clients natural tendency is to
seek out the best price possible, and therefore, GreenTomato Software
LLC are confident the uniform pricing is the best-price for the
high-quality I.T consulting services.
The uniform pricing structure applies to all consulting services
offered by the company. In addition, the following rules apply:
- For projects with duration shorter then 4 weeks,
traveling expenses are included in the "Base Price" and the
"Daily Rate", unless specify otherwise in the contract.
- For projects with duration longer then 4 weeks,
traveling expenses, up to 8% of the contract, will be added.
- Where applicable, the price does not include third
party software cost.
- "Daily Rate" is per partner or per
associate.
